Payment to be in cash on the night unless agreed otherwise in advance e.g EVENT UK and similar.

Cancellations By Artist – Derek Eynon Music will do our best to replace our   act with a colleague - in the unlikely event of it happening.  It has only ever happened once, due to Covid.

Cancellations by venue

Cancellation on the day or DURING the performance will be billed at full fee.

Cancellation by venue 28 to 15 calendar days before date of performance : no charge.

Cancellation by venue 14 days or less  before date of performance will be billed at 33% of the fee.    

“Double Bookings”

If the problem is brought to light by the venue and advised to the artist  then normal “cancellations by venue” terms apply as above. If the ARTIST discovers the error for example by checking social media,  then 50%  of the fee  will be billed.
